How much notice do you need for a custom cake order?
Perlette Cakes usually asks for 3 to 5 days notice for custom cake orders in Klang Valley. Larger or more detailed orders may need more lead time depending on availability.
Where do you deliver, and do you offer pickup?
Perlette Cakes delivers across Klang Valley and anywhere reachable by Lalamove Car from Mont Kiara. Once your order is on the way, we send a tracking link so you can monitor the delivery. There is no physical storefront and no self pickup.
How are delivery fees and time slots handled?
Delivery fees depend on your location and are calculated from Mont Kiara. Standard delivery windows are 12pm to 4pm, 4pm to 8pm, or 8pm to 10pm. Because delivery depends on traffic, weather, and Lalamove driver availability, Perlette Cakes cannot guarantee an exact arrival time within the selected slot. Morning delivery may be possible on request, subject to availability.
Can I request custom flavours or design details?
Yes, custom cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and pastries can be discussed on WhatsApp. Final options depend on the type of bake, design requirements, and the date requested.
Are your bakes halal, eggless, or vegan?
Perlette Cakes is not halal-certified, but we use halal ingredients and take great care with hygiene and food handling in a Muslim household with no pets. Amira is also typhoid-vaccinated. Eggless and vegan cakes are available on request for selected flavours. For dietary needs, flavour availability, or a quote, please continue the discussion on WhatsApp before confirming the order.
What is your payment, refund, and postponement policy?
Confirmed orders are non-refundable because ingredients and production time are reserved specifically for each order. Changes or postponements are handled case by case. If you let Perlette Cakes know at least 10 days before the delivery date, we can usually help move the order to a new date within 6 months of the original delivery date, subject to availability.
Can you issue an official invoice?
Yes. If you need an official invoice for claims purposes, request it on WhatsApp and Perlette Cakes can prepare it for you.
